Customers can schedule vehicle servicing through the platform, after which an authorized EAV service executive will pick up the vehicle from the customer’s location and transport it to an expert service facility. Upon completion, the vehicle will be safely delivered back to the customer.
During the servicing process, all inspections, repairs, and replacements are digitally recorded. Customers receive detailed information about repaired components, replaced parts, and any parts that may require attention or replacement in the future. Service updates and important notifications may be communicated via WhatsApp or other supported communication channels to ensure transparency and real-time awareness.
In addition to servicing, EAV Care also offers scheduled vehicle cleaning through subscription-based monthly plans. Customers may select a preferred cleaning schedule and timing, allowing authorized EAV cleaning executives to visit the specified location and perform cleaning services so that the vehicle is clean and ready for use, including early morning readiness when required. The scope of cleaning services may vary depending on the selected plan.
